Kabel NYA merupakan kabel tegangan rendah tanpa perisai dengan bahan inti/penghantar tembaga yang di-anil-kan (pemanasan kemudian didinginkan pelan-pelan) dengan isolasi selubung PVC. Tegangan nominal antara 450 V/750 V digunakan untuk instalasi permanen dalam pipa kabel atau terbuka pada kondisi kering, dengan klasifikasi inti kabel hijau-kuning, kuning, hitam, biru-muda, dan merah.
